Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Kularion FZC, registered in the UAE, the operator of PostAtlas. By creating an account or using PostAtlas, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. You must own or have explicit permission to publish the content you schedule through PostAtlas.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you publish via PostAtlas, including compliance with each destination platform's community guidelines.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
  • You will not use PostAtlas to publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by the destination platforms.
  • You will not use PostAtlas to bulk-publish AI-generated misinformation, harassment, or content designed to manipulate platform algorithms.

4. Third-party platform terms

PostAtlas posts to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business accounts via each platform's official APIs. By using PostAtlas, you also agree to and remain bound by the terms of each platform you connect:

If a third-party platform suspends, restricts, or terminates your account on its side, PostAtlas cannot override or recover that decision. Disputes you have with a platform are between you and the platform.

5. Distribution and payment

PostAtlas is currently distributed as a desktop application during a closed beta. Where the closed beta involves a payment, it is a flat monthly amount made clear at the time of signup, in exchange for the understanding that the product is still maturing and that occasional rough edges are expected. Closed-beta payments do not auto-enroll you in any future hosted-subscription plan.

When and if a hosted PostAtlas service launches, subscription terms (renewal, cancellation, refunds) will be added to this document with a clear effective date and emailed to existing users at least 30 days before they take effect.

For closed-beta refunds: we do not refund the current billing cycle as a default, but if we explicitly committed to fixing or shipping a specific issue and have not delivered within two weeks of you reporting it, email hello@kularion.com and we will refund that cycle.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, share an account across organisations beyond the seats included in your plan, or resell PostAtlas as your own product. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the platforms we connect to.

7. Disclaimers

PostAtlas is provided "as is". We do everything reasonable to keep posts shipping reliably, but social platforms can rate-limit, deprecate, or change their APIs without notice. We are not liable for missed posts caused by upstream platform issues, account-level moderation actions, or events outside our control.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for terms violations with notice where reasonable. On termination, scheduled posts stop firing and your data is removed within 30 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Content ownership and license

You own the content you upload to PostAtlas. By scheduling a post, you grant PostAtlas a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to store that content and transmit it to the destination platforms you select, solely for the purpose of publishing on your behalf. We claim no ownership of your content and we do not use it for any other purpose, including training machine-learning models.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed at least 30 days in advance.
